WEEK ONE: second work-out

Second work out of the week. Same as the first except I did two sets of upper and lower body. Also did 20 minutes of HIIT and am planing on doing another 20 minutes cardio before bed tonight. I've been sick this week with a cold and skipped working out yesterday. Still can't do a decent push-up. Monday I'm going to see how many I can do (unmodified)before collapsing. It'll give me something to work for... the ability to do 20 perfect push-ups. I've been a bit lax in my diet and have seen a slow down in my weight loss (only 1 pound last week and 0.7 this week). Part of slow down is due to water retention but I am making a serious effort to get strict with my diet this week. I hope to see good results by Thursday.
