WEEK ONE: I feel proud of myself for doing this

My first official week started today. I did one set of the upper body exercises and two sets of the lower. I’m a little tired but not that much. I may be doing more reps on Thursday’s work-out depending on how sore I am tomorrow. Here’s what I did:

Crunches: 2 sets of 20

Leg Rises: 2 sets of 20

Home Squats: 2 sets of 20

Push-ups: 4 sets of 5

Bent Over One Arm Can Rows: 1 set of 15 / 5lbs

Overhead Can Press: 1 set of 15 / 5lbs

Single Arm Can Curls: 1 set of 12 / 5lbs

Tricep Kickbacks with Cans: 1 set of 12 / 5lbs

1 hour moderate intensity cardio split into two 30 minute sessions in AM and PM
