WEEK ONE: Cardio day

I'm just a little sore from yesterday but not much. The 5 pound weights are too light. I'll be going to Play it Again Sports to get something a little heavier. I'm going excellent on my diet so far this week and hope to keep up that momentum over the weekend. Today's work out was 20 minutes of HIIT right after I woke up. This evening I'll be doing an additional 20 minutes of regular cardio before bed.
