WEEK FOUR: Had a little hitch but I'm back at it

I blew off exercising last week. I've been feeling really low energy and emotional. Girl stuff I suppose. I'm much better now and back with the program. I was able to do 6 dips behind the back! (Two sets of 3.. LOL!)

I'm out in San Francisco this week visiting my fried. Trying to stick with my program and my diet. Doing pretty well with both. It helps that Yvonne is really supportive. Good friends are a treasure.

I did:
40 crunches
40 Leg raises
40 home squats
20 modified push-ups
and 3 sets of my arm exercises with the 5 pound weights I brought along with me: over head raises, tricept kickbacks, arm curls, and bent over rows.

I'm going to check out an exercise track near here later to see about what I can do for cardio. Probably walking/jogging.
