A good workout. Weighed 262 today so only 12 more pounds left to reach my goal of 75 total lost and my goal weight of 250. Still very excited about weight lifting, exercise and just being healthy. That said looking forward to a bit of a break.
Looking at my body it looks like I'll need to be around 225 or so get rid of most of my fat. but just focusing on 250 for now.
