Week 5 here I come!

Warmup: Pushups, reg x 10, hands on bench x10, feet on bench x10
Incline DB Presses: 15x20,12x25,10x25,8x30 -- felt stronger on these today -- the 25's were almost too easy
Incline flys: 12x25,10x25,8x30
Bentover rows: 15x60,12x65,10x70,8x70
Wide grip pulldowns: 12x60,10x70, 8x70
DB Shoulder Press: 15x20,12x20,10x20,8x20
Side laterals: 12x15,10x15,8x15
My workout group is growing. I was basically invisible until I inivited Maricela to join me during the FT Pro challenge in October. She had a lot of gym acquaintances who have been watching us, commenting on our progress, and now we have Josie, a friend of Maricela's who joined us two weeks ago. Today, Josie told me one of the women from her spin class has been noticing how great we look and wanted to know if she can train with us, too! She starts tomorrow with the squat workout. We're just going to have to work two at a time...otherwise there will be no time!
