Machine Standing Calf Raises 12x250,12x270,12x300,12x320
Oblique Crunch on Hyperextension Platform 15x0,15x0
Leg Raises 10x0, 10x0

left knee still bothering me a bit so so did not push extremly hard on my squats. back starting hurting when i picked up a 45lb weight wrong. lol forgot to watch my form when loading the bar :)

Diet has been good all week. scale does not show it but been doing good. current weight 252.2 just 2.3 pounds to go!
