i like friday's :) leg day. for some reason i like working my legs. not sure maybe its the bigger numbers. Went to gym last night and did 45 of intense running.

Barbell Squats 15x95, 12x105, 8x115, 8x135
Leg Presses 14x160, 12x180, 12x200, 12x220
Reverse Calf Raises 20x0,20x0
Cable Crunches 15x150, 15x150
Ball Oblique Crunch 10x0,10x0
Wide Grip Maxhine Assisted Chins 12x112, 12x102, 10x92, 12x82
