Week 3, day 3

So today I ate yoplait light and this really delicious salad( corn, kidney beans, lime, cilantro, tomatoes, onion) Im feeling really great!
I biked for 30 minutes and walked for 34 minutes. I didn't do the elliptical today which was nice but now im missing the burn from it.
Its my third week so far and I have to say I'm so glad Im losing weight. This is the best decision I have ever made.
