6:00 - 8:00 AM - abs triceps biceps
1.Close Grip Presses - 68x5 - Keep elbow close to the sides
2.Single Arm Overhead Triceps Extensions - 5x15 - Careful not to injure the triceps
3. Barbell Preacher Curls - 8x43 - used EZ barbell, discomfort in left forearm... careful not to heart elbows
4. Concentration Curls - 5x20 - great exercise
5. Cable Crunches - 10x150 - no more weights to add, should do it slower to utilize existing weight
Basketball - 5-10 minutes
Do not worship and seek comfort in others... only God shall be worshiped and He will provide comfort.
