Had average exercises yeterday and this morning.

Day 3: abdominals - chest

Stretching - 5 min
Dumbbell Incline Presses: 13x30/9x30/7x30/5x30
Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses: 13x25/9x25/9x25
Decline Dumbbell Presses: 16x20/10x25/11x25
Hanging Machine Oblique Tucks: 7x20/7x20
Leg Raises: 13x0/11x0
Elliptical Machine: 25 min

Day 4: back - calves
500-620
(Weights below max capacity to avoid re-injuring back.)

Stretching 5 min
Machine T-Bar Rows: 11x0/11x0/11x0/10x0 (+weight of machine)
Machine Lat Row: 10x50/10x50/10x50/10x50
Wide Grip Machine Pulldowns: 10x80/10x70/10x70
Seated Calf Raises: 14x45/12/70/9x80/9x80
Stationary Bike: 25 min (after trying 4 different bikes had to give up the idea of using the heart rate monitor, since that feature was not working...)
