Wednesday &gt; Cardio

Today I didn't weight train, instead I did cardio. Woke up 6.30, had a breakfast consisted of a bowl of drinking yoghurt with Honey Nutos and two boiled egg whites. Then walking at a fast pace on a treadmill for 35 minutes. The machine read 349 calories ;-)
