Wednesday: Day 3 &gt; Week 2

-30 min. fast pace walking with Louie (plus 3 slow jogging intervals)

Still feeling cruddy, but diet was a little better today. The jogging part was really uncomfortable today. I was wearing the right shoes and made sure I pushed off on my heals, but my lower legs started cramping up almost right away at every jogging interval. Maybe I'm just to fat for jogging. I'm thinking I'll keep doing the fast pace walks, but I'll add some training on my elliptical machine and weights.
