Cardio for 20 minutes on Treadmill.
Abs:           *Ab Roller Crunch: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 10 Reps Both           *Machine Crunch: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 10 Reps Both 
Chest:
          *Machine Incline Press: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second 
          *Seated Machine Fly: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second 
Triceps: 
          *Machine Tricep Extensions: 10 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second 
          *Dumbbell Kickbacks: 5 Pounds- 2 Sets, 20 Reps First, 16 Reps Second
