wed exercise done on thursday

ok i had to go to richmond yesterday and missed my workout :( I made it up today (thursday). I'll have to do another tommorow but i dont think it will be a big issue as i did chest, triceps and abs today while tommorow is a leg day.

Dumbbell Incline Bench Presses 12x20, 6x50, 8x50, 4x50
Dumbbell Flat Bench Presses 12x25, 10x50, 6x50, 7x50
Incline Dumbbell Fly 12x15, 10x35, 10x35, 10x35
Triceps Cable Pushdowns 12x50, 12x100, 10x110, 8x110
Dips Behind the Back 10x0, 10x0, 10x0, 10x0
Lying Side Leg Raises 10x0, 10x0
Hanging Machine Leg Tucks 10x0, 10x0


feel pretty good but a bit fatigued today.
