EXERCISES:
Conc. Curls - 10x30, 10x25, 6x25, 6x25
DB Ext. - 12x20, 12x20, 10x20, 10x20
Ez Curl - 12x50, 9x50, 8x50, 9x40
Skull Crusher w/Close-grip Bench - 16x40, 10x40, 9x40, 8x40
Cable Pushdown - 12x40, 11x40, 14x30, 14x30
Preacher DB - 10x20, 8x20, 7x20, 7x20
Tricep Ropes - 10x30, 11x20, 9x20, 11x20
Reverse Curl - 15x30, 14x30, 9x30, 8x30

Notes:
-Left arm very weak on DB extensions
-Feeling really weak after 3rd set of Skull Crushers tempted to call it a day, MUST RESIST!!!
-Having major problems concentrating
-FORM MATTERS NOT WEIGHT!!!
-My form is disgraceful
-Gaining momentum now after Cable Pushdowns, concentration is much better now
