Wasn't able to finish my work out today. I felt really weak.
I did:
Smith Machine Lunges: 10x80, 10x90, 5x100, 5x100
Single Leg Extensions: 10x40, 9x45, 8x50
Machine Hamstring Curls: 7x75, 3x75
That's when I felt weak and decided to end my work out. I still feel a little hazy.
Will see tomorrow. I have a workout scheduled. I'll see how it goes.
