wake up, time to cut......
I still haven't shifted the 5lbs I put on during my holiday in July and I've realised that I need to do something a little more proactive than just hoping they'll go away.
I have never "cut" before, so I'll just need to see what happens.
I think positive changes are easier to maintain, so whilst I will be keeping a very close eye on my diet, my main focus will be increasing my cardio.
yesterday I did chest/back:
pressups: 12,12 on knees; 10,8 proper pressups
bench press: 12x9kg, 10x10, 8x10.5
upright row: 12x6.5, 12x9, 10x11, 8x12.5
one arm row: 12x6.5, 12x8, 10x9.5, 8x10.75
26mins on elliptical
1round of golf.
