upping my workout

It may not seem like much, but today I swam 150 yards. For those who are not avid swimmers, it may sound like a lot, but it is only 6 lengths of the pool (25 Yds x 6 times) I used to be able to do 500 and my goal is 1500. I love to swim. I have a friend, Joanna who is into silk dancing, and I am thinking of trying it. I think that for me doing a variey so I wont get bored is important. I am glad to be working out almost every day.
