Well, I still feel weak, but I'm back in there hitting it anyway. I have this deal where I don't feel very comfortable in the gym. Never have. I think it goes back to those awful school days and always being the "last one chosen" for anything. Fat kids don't get a break. Anyway, here we go:
Warm Up: 5:30 treadmill
Bench Press: 12X95, 10X105, 5X105, 3X115, 7X95
DB Bench Press: 8X20
DB Shoulder Press: 12X15, 8X20, 6X20, 3X25, 9X15
Bent Over DB Raise: 12X15
Lat Pulldowns: 12X90, 10X100, 8X100, 6X110, 12X80
One Arm DB Row: 12X25
Close Grip Tri P-Down: 12X40, 10X50, 8X50, 4X60, 12X40
1Arm DB Ext: 8X20
BB Curls: 12X30, 10X40, 8X40, 4X50, 10X30
Hammer Curls: 8X12
I did feel pretty good after it was over. Had my PWO shake per the way everyone talks about here. The only thing I did over the weekend that was off the diet track was Saturday night. I had a couple of slices of pizza and some strawberry ice cream (my new favorite). The play I'm trying to get ready for is about seven months away. I can make it this time.
