Update So Far

Quit smoking after almost 23 years!  Finally - about time.

14JUN12
Started training at our local gym with my daughter.  Heavier than I thought I was - but not really surprised.  I could feel it in my clothes and my knees.

12JUL12
Going to the gym at least 5 days a week.
30 mins of cardio and 30 mins. of free weights and nautilus.

Slowly losing inches.

When my knees are stronger I will start attending the Zumba an aerobics classes.
