update.....

I havent wanted to post until i knew i was on the right track with working out.I didnt want to post and then stop working out and keep that cycle going... so here is a little update:
I have steadily worked out for the past 3 weeks, down 6lbs and I can't stand the thought of not working out even for one day. We had a freakish snow storm last week and it kept everyone indoors. I was going nuts! I don't think i could do anymore work around the house.:) This also marks week 5 of my break-up with my girlfriend of 4 yrs :( Im doing a lot better. Still sad at times but not as much crying. When I feel down i just go to the gym or take my dog for a walk. I think the seperation was a "good"(in most ways) life changing experience for me. I can focus on myself and get to were i want to be without being held back.

Sorry everyone is sick. Im kind of hesitant on posting I don't want to catch it. (finding my stash of antibacterial gel)
