Two Weeks down 6 to go.
I have been trying to keep my exercise routine up. However, I know I would see more results if I do more cardio. Last time I lost 15 pounds just by walking or playing volleyball. Now, I am toning up but not seeing very much results because I have done little to no cardio.
My hubby will be off funeral detail, and everything will be back to normal Monday. I may actually get to lose weight. Yeah!
