Sorry, it's just tough to get to a computer on the weekend. I'm a techno-idiot on my own time. Here's what happened over the weekend...
Friday-Back
Warm Up on Treadmill
Wide Grip Machine Pulldowns 100X12 110X12 120X10 130X7
Seated Machine Row 70X12 75X12 80X10 80X7
Hanging Leg Raises: 15 12 10
Bent Over Twists: 3 sets of 15
Seated Leg Tucks: 15 13 10
(This particular ab workout has really been tough.)
25 minutes on treadmill, can't remember program at 12% incline and 3.8 mph.
Saturday-Chest
Warm Up on Treadmill
DB Incline Bench Press: 35X12 45X6 50X5 50X4
DB Flat Bench Presses: 40X12 45X6 50X5 55X3
Incline DB Fly: 27.5X12 30X6 35X5 40X4
Machine Standing Calf Raises: 70X12 85X12 100X10 115X7
25 Minutes on the elliptical
