Two days in a row

- legs hurting from yesterday (good hurt)
- had to sub in db front raises for machine; also sitting calf raises for standing
- I tried to change which days I worked out and my exercises ended up different - whoops! I did DB front raises, one arm reverse cable laterals, machine rear deltoid fly, sittin calf raises
- now going to workout after work
