•11/24/05-Worked on shoulders as a preThanksgiving treat. Did triceps. My shouldre was almost giving way to the injury (pinched nerve) I had a while back. But the whey and the workouts seem to be making a difference. I will take some pictures and measurements at the end of the year to log my progress. I still need to get into a better abs and cardio program. But other than that I'm doing good thus far. Weight is stable between 162-166lbs. Exactly where I want to be.
•11/20/05-Worked on legs today. Dumbell lunges...went up on weight. I was able to do 4 sets @ 45lbs. Every week I notice an increase in weight. Again I am taking Whey protein now so I'll be able to better meet my goals.
I skipped out on abs because had to leave for a meeting. Usually leg workouts slow me down.
On top of my 7 minute bicycle warm up the lunges got my heart rate going.
I'm looking forward to tomorrow's shoulder & tri workouts.
I will make up for my abs then.
