Tuesday's routine

LEGS/DELTS/ABS

Warm-up: 10 min x/trainer

leg curl: 3@40kg + 12 reps
extension: 3@40kg + 9 reps
outer thigh: 3@72.5kg + 11 reps
inner thigh: 3@72.5kg + 13 reps
rotary calf: 4@80kg

(really should learn the proper terms - outer and inner thigh sounds so duh! - must try and vary calf work-out)

military press: 2@10kg + 10 reps
standing front raise: 3@4kg
seater bent over lat: 1@4kg + 10 + 8 reps

Was really pushed for time today so I didn't get to do my abs. Will try and get some in over the weekend.

However, did manage to get out for an hour on my m/bike. Weather held out although have been out in the pouring rain and got drenched so not too bothered about getting a bit wet.
