did a 5 min warmup on the treadmill

leg ext.
4/12/55
inner and outer thigh machines 4/15/40
seated angle calf raises
4/15/80

tried a few abmachines did 3 sets of all of them.

been having a few good days. I think I have been keeping myself pretty busy that I don't eat out of bordem anymore. Just when im hungry, milestone for me....
