Tuesday> DAY 2> WEEK 9 of 4 month challenge
I was not feeling well today. Either my heartburn meds do not work or it's not heartburn. Had a headache also. Decided to do my Leg workout at home in piece and quiet. Today was the first time I did the Bust Your Butt routine and since it had been a while that I did legs I decided to go very light on the weight. I also decided to skip the SLDL and reverse lunges.
Todays Workout (3pm - 4pm)
Todays Target Muscle:
-Legs & Glutes-
15 min. CARDIO (elliptical trainer)

SS:
-Squats (3 sets; 20lbs; 12 reps) alternating with
-Plie Squats (3 sets; BW; 12 reps)
No breaks in between sets
SS:
-Lunges (3 sets; 20lbs; 10 reps per leg) alternating with
-Jump Squats (3 sets; BW; 12 reps)
Was forced to take breaks in between sets here,....holy crap....
SS:
-Step-Ups (3 sets per leg, 20lbs; 15 reps) alternating with
-Glute Raises on Stability Ball (3 sets; BW; 12 reps)
No breaks in between sets
-Calf Raises (3 sets; 20lbs; 12 reps)
