Tuesday> DAY 2> WEEK 5 of 4 month challenge
OK, so I got myself to do some cardio today, but it was a struggle. My calfs were cramping, my hip was popping and I felt dizzy. Now all I want to do is go to sleep. I do think there may be some depression already present. Motivation is very low and I do feel sad, even though things are looking up right now. I'm really tired of counting and logging everything I eat all day. I don't even want to go to my Birthday Party on Saturday :( I'm afraid that if I celebrate, something bad will happen. Silly, I know. ......think positive!!!!!
