Tuesday> DAY 2> WEEK 1 of 4 month challange
OK, so I already feel like the challenge weenie since I've decided to start slow. Looks like I'm the only one easing into this. However I know this is the best way for me after coming off a 6 week break. My husband got that bug that's going around, but it won't stop me tomorrow.
1st meal: (8:00am) 285cal., 34g carbs, 17.5g protein, 9g fat
2nd meal: (10:30am) 190cal., 42g carbs, 4g protein, 2g fat
3rd meal: (1:00pm) 215cal., 21g carbs, 12.5g protein, 9g fat
4th meal: (4:00pm) 332cal., 19g carbs, 41g protein, 8g fat
5th meal: (6:40pm) 335cal., 30g carbs, 41g protein, 4g fat
6th meal: (9:00pm) 259cal., 16g carbs, 35g protein, 6g fat
Totals for today:
1616 calories - 162g carbs - 151g protein - 38g fat
