Tuesday - Football and Workout Today

Football yesterday was even more of a runabout than I thought as we were a couple of players down. First game for a while and it showed!

Today was Back/Biceps/Abs

5 min warm-up on treadmill @ gradient
Hyperextensions
2x12; 2x10 with 2.5kg weight
machine pulldowns
12@25; 10@30; 10@40 (could've went heavier, next time)

Standing e-z bar curl
2x12@15; 2x10@20
Incline DB curl
2x12@6; 2x10@8

3x15 twisting crunches, seated leg tucks & lying front kicks

20 min walking on treadmill @ gradient
