Tuesday again...already? Life is a blur...

Warmup squats: 3x10 sets, no weight, normal, wide and narrow stance
Barbell Squats: 4 sets, 15x105,12x105,10x115,8x120
Sumo squats: 3 sets, 12x80,10x85,8x95
Sissy squats; 12x0,10x10,8x10
Front squats: 12x75,10x80,8x95

First time with partner #4. She's a skinny white lady (skinnier than me, but not whiter) who has been doing a fairly solid upper body workout but has been relying on spin classes for lower body. She had been noticing that she wasn't seeing any changes--and when she saw that we were getting results, she wanted in. So, we started her with squats using just the bar. Since we have two racks side by side, there was no problem with finishing on time. She was really challenged by the sissy squats (weren't we all the first few times?) but was really working to get the form down. We had a blast...it really is fun to work with new 'recruits' and see them get really excited about what we're doing.
