Trying to keep up with the gym...

My new program is a four day split; however, my schedule has been really jacked up. Softball season just ended, flag football just started, and work has been crazy. My diet has been really good though. I have been very strict and I have noticed that I am getting leaner (which is what I want). I don't want to be all big an bulky, just lean and muscular. I am hoping to get in the gym today.
