Trying Something New!

After watching the Today show earlier this week I was intrigued by a new diet concept called the 8 hour diet. Basically you eat during a designated 8 hour period during the day (whatever works for your schedule) and "fast" for the other 16 hours. It's supposed to allow your body to naturally burn the calories from what you've eaten. It isn't that difficult today since we had a busy day! The hard part is when I stay up later at night. I'll be sure to keep everyone updated on any weight loss and how I feel throughout the upcoming days!!
