Well, my old friend the lower back injury is back. Yep. I am limping along around work. The pain is unreal and my right leg will buckle under me every now and then. Going to the doctor/chiro this afternoon. Hopefully, he'll let me get back to things soon. I was doing well and the diet was not a problem. And then this.
