did full body thing due to not going to the gym on wednesday when I was supposed to.
leg press : 12x34, 10x79, 8x88, 6x100
leg curl : 12x14, 10x28, 8x35, 6x42
hip abductor : 12x15, 10x40, 8x45, 5x50
hip adductor : 12x15, 10x40, 8x45, 6x50
standing calf : 12x25, 10x61, 8x70, 6x79
assisted chins : 12x55, 10x45, 8x40, 6x35
chest press : 12x14, 10x35, 8x37.5, 6x37.5
shoulder press : 12x5, 10x15, 8x17.5, 6x20
tricep press : 12x15, 10x30, 8x35, 5x35
bicep curl : 12x5, 10x12.5, 8x15, 4x17.5
fantastic workout, muscles trembling all over, but feeling extremely pleased about getting leg press to 100. standing calf will be the next one I get to 100 :OD
