Tried something NEW today!

The weather was beautiful today, so working out in the gym just didn't sound good to me. I worked out outside in my yard, so I had to make my normal routine work with the stuff I have at home. The dumbbells I have are the once with plates, I don't like having to change them all the time so I used the same moderate weight for most of the exercises. I must say it was a nice change but I do prefer the increasing weight.

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Chest - Shoulders - Biceps-

10 min. cardio (eliptical trainer) warm up

-(DB) Bench Presses (4 sets; 14-19lbs per arm; 12-10 reps)
-(DB) Incline Bench Flys (4 sets; 14lbs per arm; 12-10 reps)
-(DB) Bent Over Lateral Raises (4 sets; 14lbs per arm; 10 reps)
-(DB) Arnold Presses (4 sets; 14lbs per arm; 12-10 reps)
-(DB) Hammer Curls (4 sets; 14lbs per arm; 12 reps)
-(DB) Single Arm Curls (3 sets; 19lbs; 8 reps)
