Great workout today felt really good and pumped.
4 sets seated overhead db extensions
4 sets dips behind the back
3 sets db kickbacks
4 sets standing bb curls
3 sets standing two hand cable curls
4 sets db preacher curls
2 sets twisting crunches
2 sets hanging machine leg raises

25 min on the e machine and going back tonight for another 25.
