10 min warm up
4 sets Seated overhead db extensions
4 sets lying tricep db extensions
3 sets one arm cable reverse pushdowns
4 sets standing db curls
4 sets standing 2 hand cable curls
3 sets concentration curls
2sets seated leg tucks
2 sets handing leg tucks

20 min cool down
