usual warm up
4 sets standing overhead cable extensions
4 sets close grip presses
3 sets lying cross face triceps extensions
4 sets standing bbell curls
2 sets seated 21's
3 sets lying dbell curls
2 sets twisting crunches
2 sets Hanging machine leg raises
Usual cool down
Total 20 min cardio
