Today is the last day of the 2nd "weight loss and definition" 8 week program that I completed results will be posted in the beginners' section

10 min warm up
4 sets declined bench tricep extensions
4 sets reverse grip tricep cable pushdowns
3 sets db kickbacks
4 sets standing db curls
3 sets db preacher curls
4 sets concentration curls
2 sets bent knee lying side leg raises
2 sets oblique crunch on hyperextension platform
10 min on e machine
