10 min warm up on ellipticle
4 sets tricep cable pushdowns
4 sets Single Arm overhead tricep extensions
3 sets dumbell kickbacks
4 sets bbell preacher curls
3 sets standing hammer curls
4 sets machine bicep curls
2 sets machine crunches
2 sets lying side leg raises
10 min on ellipticle

Todays workout was extremely grueling and could barely carry my gym bag. Was really satisfied. 1 more week left on this program and will put an update on the boards.
