10 min warm up on the E machine
4 sets standing overhead cable extensions
4 sets reverse grip tricep cable pushdowns
3 sets lying cross face tricep extensions
4 sets standing ez bar curls
3 sets standing two hand cable curls
4 sets concentration curls
2 sets seated leg tucks
2 sets seated twists
10 min cool down on the bike.
