4 sets Declined bench tricep extensions
4 sets dips behind the back
3 sets lying cross face tricep extensions
4 sets standing db curls
3 sets standing dbell hammer curls
4 sets machine bicep curls
2 sets oblique crunches on hyper extension platform
2 sets seated tucks

30 min on the e machine 309 cal
