No weights today. My body is telling me to take a day off and I am going to listen to it. I did sprints this morning. A 2 lap warm up, one lap sprint, one lap jog, one lap sprint, one lap jog, 200 meter sprint, 200 meter jog, 200 meter sprint, 200 meter jog, 100 meter sprint, 100 meter jog, 100 meter sprint, 100 meter jog, 1 lap cooldown.
