Too Crowded!

Man, I hate the first of the year. My gym is sooooo busy right now. I heard last Friday 200 people signed up. Ugh. I need to start getting up and going when they first open to avoid the crowd. The downside is I don't get to look at the fitness babes. Yeah, we all know they're looking at a big, sweaty guy like myself. I think I heard someone say, "Boy, he sweats a lot...even for a fat guy!" Anyway, here's what happened:
Usual warm up
Seated DB Shoulder Presses: 27.5X15 30X12 30X10 35X8
Barbell Shrugs: 65X14 105X12 115X10 135X8
Seated Lateral DB Raises: 10X14 12.5X12 12.5X10 15X7
Machine Standing Calf Raise: 70X12 85X12 105X9 6X115
25 minutes on treasmill, Alpine Pass 10.5% grade 3.8 MPH
