Today's workout was a shock for my back

Today I did back/biceps. On back I did deadlifts and bent over rows. I did not expect to do very much on deadlifts. I have not done deadlifts in a while. I've been hitting the diff areas of the back in other ways. I found it surprisingly easy. I should have gone up in weight or at least completed more reps but I wanted to play it safe so I stopped right at my target.

Here's my stats for today:

DEADLIFTS
135/20 - 225/8 - 225/6 - 225/4
Hit target and stopped. Could have done more.
BENT OVER ROWS
65/20 - 95/8 - 105/6 - 105/6
Last set went 2 above target.
STANDING BARBELL CURL
65/12 - 75/8 - 75/6 - 75/4
Hit my targets, could not complete another rep if I tried.
STANDING DUMBELL CURLS
20/12 - 25/8 - 25/6 - 30/4
Should have pushed a little harder here. Hit targets.
