Today was suppose to be a light CARDIO day.

Today was quite the battle in my head. Should I or shouldn't I do cardio today. Every bone/muscle in my body said NO you can do it Saturday, take a day off, yeah, relax..... So I went outside to sunbath for 2 hours. I really, really need to. I'm tired of being the only cheesecake at the gym. After I got done a little voice in my head told me to do my cardio now. I figured, sure, why not I'm sweaty and hot already, I'll make it a light cardio workout. Well,.... I couldn't bare the thought of doing less than last time. It's kind of a thing I have. Do it well or don't bother. Can't help it. So here's what I did:

33 min. cardio (eliptical trainer at home)
-3 min. warm up
27 min. moderate/high intensity steady cardio
-3 min. cool off
resistance: 10
distance: 3.1 miles
calories burned: 467

no stretching today, I was wiped after this.
