Today my motivator was GUILT....

This week will be extremly difficult. The Y has it's anual maintenance/cleaning week, so their closed all week. This means I have to be motivated enough to work out at home. In addition it's that time of the month. Chocolate cravings are at there peek, have been for days. So when I got home today, working out was the last thing I wanted to do. I sat down, watched TV and ate lunch, was overcome by chocolate cravings, gave in, felt extremly guilty and made myself work out. Not much fun with a belly full of lunch and chocolate.

Todays Target Muscle Groups:
-Legs - Back - Abs-

10 min. cardio (elliptical trainer) warm up

-(DB) SLDL's (4 sets; 29lbs per arm (58lbs total weight); 12 reps)
-(DB) Squats (5 sets; 24lbs per arm (48lbs total weight); 10 reps)
-(DB) Lunges (3 sets; 10lbs per arm (20lbs total weight); 10 reps per leg)
-(DB) Ball Pull-Overs (3 sets; 24lbs; 10 reps)
-Ball Crunches (3 sets; BW; 14 reps)
